BD Gym: Community Vinyasa (60 minutes)

Community Vinyasa offers asana/postures for all experience levels with cueing for modifications. Expect a minimum of thirty minutes to be focused on dynamic movement with multiple cycles of vinyasa. Pranayama/breathwork, extended shavasana, and yogic philosophy are regular portions of this class. Bring a mat, a non-glass water bottle, and a set of blocks (optional).
